The Lucia N°03 is a hypnogogic light machine. Hypnagogia, the state between wakefulness and sleep, is greatly altered by the perception of light. As our energetic anatomy is deeply intertwined, the Lucia light does more than simply work with the Ajna (third eye) chakra. The stimulation of the light emitted by Lucia N°03 temporarily alters the person’s Theta brain waves, lowering them to a level that is achieved after decades of meditation practice. The transcendental experience induces a state of relaxed but intense focus, generated by stimulation of the pineal gland. Since the Lucia N°03 activates this light system and it spreads through the body, moving energy along the Nadis, it works to clear energy blockages while lighting up the whole system. Light sessions can also be offered for the different chakras as well, especially the heart and solar plexus.
The Lucia Light experience is different for each person, as it works with each person’s individual system and has a balancing effect. Individuals may experience extraordinary visions of color and form, which are uniquely created by their brains. Many describe their time in the light as a type of out-of-body experience (OBE). Group Sessions:
Group sessions can enhance an already existing group’s work and can provide a unique and memorable time. Many times, participants report similarities in colors and experiences. We can also tailor a theme for a custom group experience. At times we provide open group days so Lucia enthusiasts can have more options and a more economical way to get their light activation.
